We are proudly approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) to provide the mandatory two-hour Safety & Sanitation course, focused on infection control and safety practices.

This course is designed for all cosmetology-related license holders and is a required component of continuing education for license renewal.

We will be submitting for approval of the additional four (4) CE hours in June 2026. Until then, the Revolutionary Institute of Beauty is approved only for the two-hour Safety & Sanitation course.
